Ordering Goods

All orders placed on our website are subject by the purchaser to the acceptance of our terms and conditions as set out below.
All goods ordered are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order by ourselves, MINTECH SPARES UK LIMITED.

Credit card orders will only be accepted providing the registered card holders name and address is given and a land based phone number at that address. Mobile numbers only will not be accepted.

MINTECH SPARES UK LIMITED. should be under no liability to the customer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the customer arising out of a breach by MINTECH SPARES UK LIMITED. of this contract.

In the event of any breach of this contract by MINTECH SPARES UK LIMITED. the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages and in no circumstances shall the liability exceed the price of the products.

MINTECH SPARES UK LIMITED. are under no obligation to fulfil an order and accepts no responsibility for loss caused should the items be out of stock or no longer available or the credit card information given is invalid.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason you will be notified by phone or email.
An item cannot be reserved unless paid for in full.

All prices are based in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT Delivery charge is in addition as per order, E & OE.
Payments can be made via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, or Switch and Delta Debit cards or via Paypal.

Shipping Goods

We aim to ship goods in 1-3 days via a secure courier service such as Royal Mail “Signed For” service, Parcel Force, DHL. All these services a signiture is required on delivery, this is to give a peace of mind to you that the product will be delivered to you, all these services insurance is taken out for damaged in transit. Please note you must check box for any damage and it must be signed for as DAMAGED ON DELIVERY.

Cancellation of Your Order

Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to seven days after receipt of the goods.
Please provide proof of purchase in the form of your original purchase invoice
Cancellation must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes.
Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods.
You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form.
We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value.
The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date.
Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply.
All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

ONLINE CAR PARTS TERMS & CONDITIONS.

All non mechanical and non electrical parts are supplied with a 12 month warranty, this excludes engines, gearboxes and power steering pumps which come with a 3 month warranty.

Engines must be correctly fitted with new cam & auxiliary belts, oil, oil filters & spark plugs. Any failure to follow these terms will invalidate this warranty.

In the event of failure a replacement part will be supplied or the purchase price refunded.

Replacement or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied with the security marks still visible and on production of the original invoice.

Mintech Spares will NOT cover any component which has been dismantled or tampered with Mintech Spares will NOT under any circumstance reimburse any labour cost/charges involved with fitting, removal and/or changing of parts supplied.

If you have ordered the wrong part, please return the item and request the correct part and we’ll do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. No refund of carriage charges will be reimbursed. Our Mintech Spares Limited warranty does NOT cover: Gaskets, Oils, Seals, Cam Belts, Timing Belts and Fan Belts, Any ancillary parts or damage caused by misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accident or continued use. For goods returned for exchange under the reconditioned/refurbished goods program the decision to accept goods is Mintech Spares decision and the decision is final.

NEW PARTS WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS. New parts are supplied with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. Any new part that has been fitted cannot be returned for a refund. Special order parts cannot be refunded.

Some of our items are sold under the global accounting scheme and as such VAT is not applicable.
